My wife and I run a SMSF in pension phase and has been In exIstance before any rule changes. I have been considering commuting the fund and transferring funds to Australian Super. My reason being to maybe be in a better situation if Shortens 'Imputation Credit' grab comes into effect. One downside will be we will lose our Com Seniors Health Card. I am told that If you commute from a SMSF to another fund you forfeit elIgIbIlIty.
Can anyone confIrm If thIs Is true?
