In my view Combet lied when he said millions would be better off under their scheme. They will not be because the carbon tax will cause price rises, that is INFLATION, and you can be sure that the money poured back in will not match the cost increases.

In the meantime people like me who have saved for superannuation will not be compensated so it will become more costly for me on a static stack of money I have saved for my retirement.
