I agree with the concept in principle, but really what we need is a forum that is invite only, PLS only, and a system for swift action against disruptors. Mods on here are not capable of controlling things imo.
So perhaps email not the best medium?
Are any of us I.T. savvy enough to setup a forum with these permissions parameters? I am not.
