Lol obviously you have no idea about clinical research.
You are only ever going to be able to find professionals that can make “observations” and use words like “interesting” & “possibly encouraging” unless they have a control.
As you say “interesting” is not a “scientific term” - but without a control what do you expect from scientists ?
