Looks legit.
Which means that once the 10% is approved, the company will have the ability to issue 25% of shares on issue next year.
Now that we have positive results from phaseII , I am reluctant to see a dilution in my holding.
Mind you, I would not be too fussed if they issued shares when the SP was at 50c to raise funds if needed and maximise shareholder equity in the company.
