I would love to see a hours breakdown for each person on the board to ascertain actually how much time they all spend working on company affairs. If we were to see Palermo's hrs working on this deal, i believe we would be shocked at how little hours he actually worked. Assumption i know, but i just get that feeling. When he was asked to justify he in no way attempted to outline the workload.

My caveat to a vote of no is that we get options, or after further consideration plan B isn't any better. I do however wish to see a plan of going it alone.

In my opinion, going it alone will be without TV, SS, CR and PP. I’d prefer to see what happens especially with PP possibly doing another Foreo result.
