Well aware of that. I’m talking about his enthusiasm, know how and products that will come from having access to a solid cash flow and then seeing building promotion and revenues come in as a result. If leveraging off this cash flow puts us in a position to maybe even sell one pillar (Reduit / BG / whatever) that would be huge.
What would success look like post acquisition?
My understanding through discussions with management is that shareholders will own 44% of the company (90mill / 206m = 44%). I’m no expert though and may need to seek further clarification. .
