nice area 3hours north of bris poeple like it because Noosa has become to intense and expensive.
They were promoting it as the next Noosa virgin area buetifull beach no stingers.I did my homework i should have bought sea change blocks they were 65 but there was a contract on them, i paid 55 on subject to council approval.
some greeny put a complaint in to council about the lake, developer reckons he had to spend more money the offfered them back to me a year later at 95 should had picked them up but i was dirty on them.Same blocks got passed in at 10k ten years before like you said there up around 200k now o well life goes on i still got my good looks.HA HA
