Just to get out of all the jobs I should be doing I started playing around with a very basic risk model that I made up.
I have never seen this done before, probably for a very good reason.
What I've done is put down the risks as we go towards production. The risk reduces as we get closer to production and the share price should rise.
The calculations on the spread sheet are extremely basic and probably laughable to most of you.
The accumulative risk is simply calculated by each of the risks being multiplied down the spreadsheet.
I have then superimposed them on a weekly chart.
I better go and get some work done. Have a good weekend everyone.
