I'm sure death squads along the lines being used in Gaza will appear, but whether they will be viewed as better than Saddams death squads will be an interesting debate. In a country which gave rise to Ali Baba and the 40 thieves and Sinbad the Sailor, death and torture are a national trait. Changing this nature will only be a temporary event, before it becomes institutionalised as before. It all depends on whose side you are on, whether your side is being killed or the other. Life and living is so diverse.
