I just spoke to Ken on the phone 5 mins ago and he was not impressed with all the rumors being written here on HC, and yes he does read HC as he mentioned a few comments written on here.

First of all he did not say when the next ann will be out but he did say they are working to get the facts right before they release it and this will be released very shortly.

Secondly I queried with him that the Director leaving was not fortunate and the timing of him pulling his shares out of KEY before the ann was due would be taken as a negative turn. He specifically said that no ann was released to say he has or was selling his shares in KEY and rumors like this are what he DOES NOT LIKE and he emphasized this.

Therefore to sum this up, the director has not sold his shares in KEY and the next ann will be shortly with no known date.
Also Ken seems like quite an honest Director and I am happy to hold for the next ann and the next drill.
