It would be irresponsible to relist when ALL their major tenements are being challenged.
At the time of the ConCourt decision, it had nothing to do with Garatau. And they were right in stating that. What they didn't know was that the very next day these opportunists would then challenge for Garatau.
The concourt decision took EVERYONE by surprise. Remember the case was thrown out in the two lower courts prior.
