Well, in my mind - bean counters and yes men are a dime a dozen. We've all seen them in every walk of life, personal and professional. In my experience though, it's the guys who question who genuinely make the deal. And at the risk of harmano telling me this post is "sooooooo profound", a sense of humour in business is absolutely invaluable too.
