That's because South32 isn't a pure silver play, and because Cannington isn't a silver mine - even though it produces more silver-in-concentrate than any other mine. It's a lead/zinc mine with huge silver credits, but with South's South American, South African and Australian Ni, coal, Mn and Al operations, it's viewed much more as a commodities company than a silver miner.
