Last month I posted the email reply from MD here in Perth and one from the GM Canada. Building a cofferdam to access under the lake is no great engineering problem and has been done several times in Canada. They expect environmental approval and don't see it as an impediment. Unforunately, I have deleted both emails or would post them again. I also asked my nephew who is a civil/mechanical engineer and he said cofferdams are basic construction engineering
