the potential for both companies would seem great in wound care , but the execution , product , R&D, are all quite distinguishable so much so that the brain gets scrambled trying to compare.
But I think the greatest difference is the strategy. PNV strategy seems to have been driven/influenced by its gross margin on the existing product , whereas ARX has been product development.
hence the seemingly huge disparity in value
