Hi, couple of basic questions to the experts , sorry if it’s a bit too low level

what is the level of short interest? Previous comment was around100k which is really small I would have thought. Current trades are such low volumes $ 2-4k range again which is so small
There was a comment regarding bots, not sure how that works

For a company that has shown good growth in a market that is technically challenging, has good cash reserves, great gross margins (but is probably not playing out at the EBIT line due to the high sales force costs ) I am bemused that the share price is heading south the way it is.
of course there was the sales target miss recently and negative EBITDA this year but the way the stock is headed looks like doom and gloom
Any thoughts?
