With regard to changes in the top 20 ARX shareholders, this is my understanding of the changes since the IPO on 24/07/2020. I hope I haven't missed anything.

At the IPO (24/07/2020) the original top 20 holdings were;

Changes to largest shareholdings since24/07/2020;

On 27/01/2021, Movac Fund 3 Limited Partnership sold 7,162,800 shares

On 30/08/2021, Movac Fund 3 Limited Partnership, ceased to be a shareholder, as they in specie distributed their remaining 18,679,050 shares to the partners of the Movac Fund 3 LP.

On 12/08/2021, ARX issued a list of the changes to the substantial shareholders, after the placement on 09/08/2021. The changes are as follows;

Citicorp Nominees Pty Limited (became a new shareholder) now hold 27,365,874 shares.

JP Morgan Nonimees Australia Pty Limited(became a new shareholder) now hold 24,401,862 shares

National Nominees Limited have increased their shareholding from 9,835,163 to 22,112,806 shares.

Phil McCaw (MCI) has increased his shareholding from to 16,722,425 to 19,669,229 shares

It is worth pointing out that Brian Wards' holding has remained the same even though 60% of his original holding has been released from escrow. So it appears that he hasn’t sold a single share. This is the confidence that you would want from the CEO.
