I posted the initial news of the IPO, but it was removed by the moderators on the basis that the article was "off topic" even though the article referred to ARX.
With regard to your comments, I totally agree with you.
It makes ARX look undervalued. It will be interesting to see if the deal goes through at $650m after due diligence.
Based on this valuation, and the FY21 revenue of USD$21, it values the Triad deal on a MV/REV multiple of about 30x. (about the same as PNV).
