my rough calc shows a $2m- 2.5m max dent in ARX revenue. which kinda coincides with ur post.

key inputs I used, based on the available data:
the whole course of omicron pandemic lasts about 1 month. hospitals didnt experience stress until after the first week or two.

CDC recent data showed 1/4 hospitals in the US (out of 5000 hospitals sampled) were experiencing shortage of staff. so even assume the shortage will 100% cause delays in elective surgeries, it's still better than I thought. in fact much better.

and the revenue is just delayed, not disappear.
