hi,'just read a few of the last postings??
mick stroud runs a private company, its called WAVENET, i have been invested in this dog for ten years trying to get out. mick owns 60-70% of the company, he has millions of proxy votes, i know i tried to vote him off 6-7 years ago.
he fluked CLR, he made a 3 million dollar unsecured loan to his mate terry byrtt, he didn't pay it back, it took us 3 to 4 years of legal action and thats why we obtained CLR shares!! hardly strategic investing??
why do we own 50% of the vineyard???? because mick stroud owns the other 50%. look at the quarterlty statements, up to 31st july this year WE as shareholders had loaned the vineyards 1.1 million dollars??? how much interest are WE the shareholders getting??? please call mr.stroud and ask him.
why are we even in the wine industry, check asx, we are an explortaion company??? its because mick loves the vineyard and even calls its "special", its funded by shareholder money, thats why its special.
i am trying to pressure him to sell the share in the vineyard, WE can get 10-15 million for OUR share plus the loans paid back... that bumps the stock up by 15 to 20 cents, then we focus on gold.
gold is a great play, printing money is great news for gold, everyone is printing money so lets focus on gold, NOT wine....come on guys get real and push for change call mick stroud today
