I think its too late for compromise with Page, but GGP might as well exhaust that possibility before deciding their next move. Maybe with SG 'gone' GGP can re-open dialog with Page.
I dont really see Page agreeing to us not participating on a well by well basis. Our legal obligation is to pay 100% costs of each drill. Page is free carried. He pays GGP back from oil sales. Why would he start paying out of his pocket?
Did the AGM spell out exactly how many acres are currently safe, how many are 100% lost, and how many might still be retained if we can quickly drill another well? And when is the next deadline? We need to know if it's worth fighting for.
