what I see is that JW has been slowely and methodically assembling all the pieces of a very complex puzzle. It takes time and many of the factors that impact the time frames such as regulatory approvals are outside if his control. If you havnt had direct experience of getting a complex project using new technolgy and with the various pieces being in different juristrictions can I suggest that your opinion is just that, an opinion. Whats the old saying, - dont judge me till you have walked a mile in my shoes.
