You guys are getting a bit hung up on Sept. IMO, its an objective not a given by any stretch. Would be nice if they could get it over the line by then but if not we move into Oct.

Given the DCF finance is a material event we would know by now if it had gone through at this stage, we have outstanding demonstration plant assays which may or may not affect due diligence and so on, its a very complex jigsaw..

None of this changes outcomes just timing, it can only happen when all due diligence is complete to all parties satisfaction and deals signed...

The only question remains , can they declare a FID without finance in place, I doubt it but perhaps it could if it was contingent on finance being finalised, they would need to be very certain of where they stood IMO.
Alternatively if the viability of the project is not in doubt they would certainly be in a position to make an investment decision based on that and the updated feasibility study should confirm it...we will find out one day..
