Debt free, off take not announced (this is a game changer), large world class tenements, potential JV, etc etc.
Picking AVB to be my next multi bag.
Holding SFR, OZL, MOD, GXY, BLK & AVB.
Also a few knuckle heads clashing over trivial matters always provides a healthy tension.
With high risk comes high reward. Well worth a punt for me, hard to believe the price, but Mr market is always right, and it's very possible I will achieve my investment outcomes here.
