Failing that, give them 20m of performance shares with 6 months expiry and wait for them to pump the price so others can get out too. As it is, the bod is living in a fairy land - they can have twice the performance shares but if the share price is less than a half as a result, how is that a gain? The whole bs about performance rights really is a joke - after all before the first PG announcement, the sp was rocketted up from under 2c to above the current sp. So does beg the question as to performance since appears to be zero from a shareholder perspective when measured against bod activities having any affect on the sp. Anyway since 3 months since the last agm, and no comms except for the mandatory 4c (i.e. the bod can't use that as an excuse to say they kept the mkt informed), time for some fresh mails to the company warning them of a fresh assault in 9 months at the next agm.
