Performance rights in most companies I've seen, aren't usually aligned to share price performance so not quite sure what your point is. Are you saying their rights should be aligned to share price? I see much more danger in that. Personally I prefer them being aligned to revenue goals. Often revenue success will result in share price growth anyway.
