Hi there Jacoba1 ... well said , yes all looks very positive right now .One could certainly expect 2005 to be an extremely positive year for GTP , personally I note a vastly different view to the concept of woodchip investmest. The pulp mill announced for the Heywood area near the Portland port in Victoria is a positive for the entire industry .
Carbon credits are now appearing back on the agenda , as you say the ecconomy is traveling well and even with slightly lower revised ecconomic growth ..the backbone of these investments are professionals with a sizable taxable income .. the nett widens as more and more people become interested .A now ASX 150 company with a low p/e that pays good dividends and a shareprice even with current growth that has factored in a decline in revenues when everything pointa to an increase in revenues .. well !! What can I say ? ..I always look for a downside , but nothing exists !!
Virtually no corporate debt , great land holdings , increased product acceptance , increasing product range , ASX 150 ...and capital pouring in , looks very very positive indeed .
