1) No announcement has been madethat the dividend is about to be cancelled. Will ABS hold the same rate in the future can say.

2) Can the stock fall under $1 yes it can but then it can also get to $5 tomorrow. My crystal ball is a bit fogged up at the moment.

3) Can it do a Centro? Not likely. Basically when the US deal is completed ABS will have a small amount of debt. The US loans will go off ABS' books

ABS has assets which can be sold and can be sold for a reasonable price even in a liquidation.
