Htran. What are your thoughts ... If they get through this debt problem with the banks, what effect will the class actions have on them? I am concerned about the class actions. Something happened with the quindell books and Sgh were fooled. it will all come out in the end. How did quindell get away with this? Even EY were fooled it seems. Any class actions will take years to resolve. Hopefully by then sgh is back in its feet as if proven negligent the cost will be huge.
