Why won't America, India, china ect get together , assess the unproven technologies like coldry , agree what technologies should be funded and split the costs
There all going on the planet is in dire straights, then why not act and have ago at these techs rather than sit back. More to lose by not funding than funding, not working out an losing a few hundred million between countries
