Put it in another way, MW with his Cicero team scoured the market for all types of potential businesses to acquire, they stated they have passed on many others over the last year and finally decided to acquire Intiger, so it's one of two.
Either
1) MW and Cicero and complete idiots and have no idea what they are doing and MW with his 100m ordinary shares plus options and Shields are throwing money away for the hell of it
2) Know exactly what they are doing and the potential for Intiger that will give returns for shareholders and that potential 10c-20c SP unofficially stated at the AGM
Which makes more sense?
My money is on number 2
