i have no doubts that this was well orchestrated and the shareholders have well been stiched up... missing one of the all time largest rallies in histroy.
It will be interesting to see
A: if there is any dillution in the renogotiations. i.e shares go cheaper than they should.
B: if the SP can open at a jutifyed 80cents or so (via peer comparison) AND hold it with out the price history required to sustain a move up.
I luckily sold most of my holding and only hold a few k but still. Its the principle.
Hopeless track record management. Being played by their overseers pehaps....
