manila, you've hit the nail on the head. These clowns need a bit of direction as to what shareholders want and expect. So far they've dug up more tons of IO and sold it for a pittance. May I add that they also expect a pat on the back for, (we're so clever we can ship off lots of IO and lose a ton of dough.) Sold off assets for less than a trifle. Can't make even a dollar profit. Yes, a class action action against these pathetic bunch of fools sounds like a good idea. You have to wonder why Richard Elman puts up with these idiots, BUT maybe he's setting us up for a takeover at 10 cents per share. How many shares do these directors hold? You have to remember that OZL and VCR were sent to the cleaners by directors who have no skin in the game.
