A big factor in VOY's favour is ROC are "reading" the 3D Seismic and do not have a clue in how to do this
Not the first time I have seen ROC drill outside the obvious. I thought in China, Beibu, this was deliberate (to con the Chinese)? There twice a oil column was struck and on second drill the rig moved 10 minutes walk away and they then struck a duster. ROC do not seem to be able to strike oil at a gas station
It is becoming painfully obvious ROC do not know how to accurately interpret 3D results. This means all of ROC’s announcements are money wasting rubbish
