80 kilometres by bitumen due north of Cannington Mine,
50 kilometres by bitumen south of rail infrastructure
Good water and power options
Its a bit too early as they need to find a high grade silver lead zinc deposit....but the lowest capex, time and risk to production is probably not open pit or underground, but rather if they can sign an offtake to truck ore to Cannington. Eloise is closer but its a copper mine, so not set up to blend lead zinc.
