This reeks of “jobs for the boys”, and I would like to see the due diligence process behind the selection of the brokers, magnitude of the discount offered, declarations around conflicts of interest, and back to the start, why existing shareholders were excluded. Comet Ridge’s Head of Risk and Compliance should have all the answers.
IMO this will still be profitable for shareholders, and probably a good time to top up….that won’t change how I vote when it comes to the remuneration report.

COI and most companies I have invested in never offer shares to current holders. Not sure why. It pisses me off as well but whatever at least we are funded and not having to dance to santos’ tune
