My brother thinks as you do and topped up today to average down. I am not so forgiving. This share price gives the company to Santos on a plate, if they are so inclined. Why a discount of 29%??????????? Are this Company and its assets so pitiful that it needs a discount of nearly a third?
In theory the new shareholders will bring value to the Company in excess of the dilution. I cannot see this in the market price. I will put my funds into KCN where the board does not dilute and is smart, tough and straight as a die and the Chairman owns 10% of the company.
