Fancy Pants, you seem to know your stuff, yet call me cynical , skeptical in my old age, but I really get the feeling that instead of shareholders truly benefiting from management’s shrewd decisions (and it does seem to me that they have performed well) the upside to shareholders is being watered down to benefit parties that likely wouldn’t appreciate scrutiny of the “arm’s length transactions”.
