Just to clarify, the BoD of KCN are pure as the driven snow and I trust them implicitly. (You can’t say that about the boards of too many ASX listed companies!)
My “white collar criminals” comment was referencing Institutional investors at KCN chronically manipulating the market (for good reason, it is the Unicorn!), safe in the knowledge that ASIC is a toothless tiger and won’t act unless they get a knock on the door from A Current Affair. Hence my skepticism of this CR, with existing investors subsidising institutional investors. I hope my skepticism is unfounded.
