We knew what you meant. Santos and Arrow and other Australian oil and gas are minting massive coin with brent around 85usd/b and the aussie at 71c the oil price in aud is around $120/b massive free cashflows for these guys.
Santos would have the best economic case for acquiring comet with around 35 % capacity of Gladstone plant idled over the last 12 months for lack of gas, at a time when there is massive profit in piping and shipping in Aud terms.
Love your posts antiques waiting is grim indeed but Comets position only improves as we get closer to more proven reserves as you correctly point out. GLTA
