Comet Vale history worthy of reflection

Recorded production in the past amounted to 213,000 ounces at an average grade of 20 g/t

(gross value at todays $A gold price is ~$766 million .,.. profit margins at those high grades would like range around 50% or better)



so much more drilling to do … and we know that the old timers are highly unlikely to have stumbled over the only Aladdin’s cave that may be buried in the nearby area.

mineralisation looks at intersections of the splays coming off the main Comet Vale shear zone (easy to say now with modern technology and interpretation, but not so easy to conclude 120 years ago!)

Targeting now much easier and the mining methods are so much more efficient in recent times
