Under the terms of the Jan 2 $3.4M placement, Blockchain Global agreed to provide the following services to FGF at no charge or cost to FGF:
1. Assistance with establishment and operation of a Blockchain Centre in South Australia by providing the initial Blockchain Centre licence and one staff member at $200,000 in value, if FGF elects to establish such a centre in its sole discretion; and
2. Access to a Pipeline of deal flow from BCG’s Australian and Global Networks.
Therefore, any success by BCG in building up its network of deals (as here with the Ruden deal) is indirectly good for FGF as there is a bigger pipeline of potential projects from which to flow to FGF (as required under the terms of the placement).
