Yeah 2022 should have a ~15-20% jump in solar panel production I believe (off memory). So a significant increase in silver will be needed for that, let alone all the massive solar projects proposed by nearly every country in the next 20 years, let alone all the people wanting to be energy independent due to rising costs from the electric monopoly.
Why spend $2/day funding all the wires and distribution poles that get the electricity to your house when you can just generate it on your roof silently? Every ~60 days you are on the grid you could buy another 250W solar panel for your house with those distribution costs alone.
MKR being Australia's only primary producer of silver right now is quite important strategically speaking with all the silver shortages going on worldwide now.
