Comey testifies!

So James Comey testifies with words to the affect, that his or the FBI judgement is "this or that"!!

So a verbyl answer only, to one of the biggest events in USA since Watergate.

Myself I think James Comey, is about James Comey and the FBI.
And on Russia, he says they always attempt to interfere with USA elections, but wait, this time they have increased their degree of interference.

So my question is. If the FBI are aware of this interfere in elections, why didn't they ensure the Parties computer systems were protected.
Saying they were not allowed by the Democrats, is not the answer.
After all the FBI has a job to protect all Americans!

James Comey put something on the table that is positive evidence of what happens.
You cannot hide behind the words, I cannot comment!!
