What about the out cropping.
Hasn't been verified how close to surface the coal could be in certain spots for mining.
Coal will be around for a while yet. New technologies are able to capture the emissions.
I believe CTP coal very very low sulfur and other stuff, Right ??
Even better for the emissions problem with burning it.
