ADI are responding to a public offer so they will have to be very careful what they say. It is likely to be conservative. Hilcorp may not have finalised plans. They don't have Rancho results yet.
Oh, and I did not experience panic sellers queuing to fill a very moderate buy order a few minutes ago. It took about 10 mins to fill it. The order was at the quoted offer price.
