can someone tell me in layman(alchoholic)terms what this resource uprade is about?so they have announced a resource blah blah of tin,tungsten and something else already,whats this upgrade about and why wasnt the first fiqures the amount to go on?is it because they are continually drilling and may or have found further deposits?
