shows how dumb you ar donkey boy...it closed at 50.5c not 50c ....lol
that makes a big difference when trading ....lol
anyway the rights issue at 50c wouldnt be taken up if the share was trading at 50c so it is on the move now...to get above 50c otherwise the issue could be a flop....not to worry though as if no one suscribes , PDN will certainly take the lot at 50c (a whole 80 million shares) and a possible takeover in the future ....lol
classic stuff....DYL is supreme...if the U308 is there in Namibia and Aussie then the amount of shares on issue means nothing as its easy to do a consolidation of 4/1 to reduce shares on issue to 250 million....lots of other massive companies with large market cap have done the same.........cheers J
