in the scheme of things does it matter if you can get $15 k filled or not . just buy them on the open market for a penny or two premium . when this stock reaches $2-$3 your not going to care if you bought at .86 or .88 ...... and as for TXN holders complaining you were already underwater and if it wasn't for SEA buying the leases up you would be probably looking at a company going to .03 or .04 cents as it became known the leases were expiring in 2013 ....sometimes you take a step backwards to get two ahead ..... good luck to all
